Somers Point Police Blotter, Edition of April 18, 2013

Police blotter information is provided by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Somers Point Police made 15 arrests during the period ending April 14.

 Brandy Kasparian, 37, of Somers Point was arrested April 10 by Ptl. Samuel Clerico and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of weapons for unlawful purpose.

Katie Spirit, 22, of Berlin was arrested April 10 by Sgt. Howard Dill and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.

Joshuea Neil Noriega, 38, of New Branfels, Texas was arrested April 11 by Ptl. John Miller and charged with driving while under the influence, no registration card and reckless driving.

Patrick McCline, 41, of Somers Point was arrested April 11 by Ptl. Samuel Clerico and charged with simple assault.

Joseph DiVenti, 33, Somers Point was arrested by Ptl. John Miller April 11 and charged with contempt of court and simple assault. 

Kelly Broschard, 29, of Northfield was arrested April 11 by Sgt. Charles Somers and charged with making a false report to an officer.

Steven A. Torelli, 24, of Somers Point was arrested April 12 by Ptl. John Miller and charged with harassment.

William Feeney, 38, of Seaford, Del., was arrested April 12 by Ptl. Bryan Daniel and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Andrew Carey, 43, of Pleasantville was arrested April 12 by Ptl. Michael Price and charged with disorderedly conduct and failure to appear/pay fines.

Nicholas Vespertino, 35, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested April 12 by Ptls. Michael Prince and Steven Hance.

Samantha Ranger, 22, of Linwood was arrested by Ptl. David Ficca April 12 and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.
