Weekly Zumba
Zumba classes are being held at 6:30 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday at the Upper Township Primary School in Marmora. Cost is $5. Aqua Zumba classes are being held in the pool at 10 a.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at the Whippoorwill Campground on Rt. 9. There is also a class at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday. Cost is $5. Phillies trip
Take Dad out to the ballgame. Msgr. James J. Zegers Resurrection Knights of Columbus has tickets for the Phillies game against the Mets on Saturday, June 22. Tickets are $65 include transportation and refreshments. Departure is at 1:30 p.m. from the commuter lot off Exit 25. Game time is 4:05 p.m. Call 609-628-3307 for reservations. Proceeds benefit the general fund and Father Kennedy's Happy Home Orphanage.
Annual plant sale
The Ocean City Board of Realtors will hold its annual summer plant sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 22 at 27th Street and West Avenue in Ocean City. Lots of beautiful annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, flowering bushes, vegetables and flats will be available for sale with proceeds benefiting the Ocean City Waves of Caring Project.
