Upper should follow Northfield, Linwood move on EMS

To the editor:

After reading the recent Atlantic City Press story about Northfield and Linwood awarding a no cost contract for EMS services to Shore Medical Center, I’m at a loss to understand the resistance to replacing the Upper Township Rescue Squad with professionals. Committee people, please call Northfield or Linwood and ask how they did it. We need to think more progressively.
