Support for fundraiser appreciated

Thank you to everyone that contributed in any way in making the Eighth Annual Jennifer Ward Memorial Fundraiser event at the Ocean Drive Sandbar and Grill restaurant a huge success. The event was perfect and we could not have asked for a better venue or for a more supportive group of people that attended the event.

The Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund is hosting a CPR/AED class at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3  at the Life Center on Rt. 50 in Seaville. The CPR card is $7 and any donation to the Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund is appreciated.

Among other causes, October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. Please remember those who have past away from SCA, especially children, and celebrate the survivors and the people that contributed to their survival.
