Seaville resident named New Jersey 4-H Equestrian of the Year

Katie Washart, of Seaville, was honored as the New Jersey 4-H Equestrian of the Year, at the State Agricultural Convention Delegates’ Dinner on Jan. 18 in Atlantic City. Washart participated in a long-standing tradition, the presentation of agricultural youth leaders to the convention delegates.
