Election results online tonight

UPPER TOWNSHIP – Results from Tuesday’s municipal and school board elections can be found here at www.uppertownshipgazette.com after 8 p.m. tonight.

Two seats on Upper Township Committee were up for a vote. Incumbent Republicans Mayor Richard Palombo and Committeeman Ed Barr faced independent Hobie Young in the race.
Six candidates were running for three positions on the Upper Township Board of Education. Incumbents Kim Breckley and Fran Newman were on the ballot with Bill Holmes, along with challengers Al Lihou, Lenny Martucci and Russ Morano.
