SEA ISLE CITY – The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Sea Isle City police released the name of the victim fatally struck by a public works truck Saturday.

Bernice Pasquarello, 69, of Medford, was walking north on the Promenade in Sea Isle City when she was struck from behind by a public works truck. The truck was parked on the Promenade picking up debris from Superstorm Sandy.
