TUCKAHOE – The Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Company will hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast this Sunday, Feb. 3.

The cost for the breakfast is $7 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. The event runs from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Tuckahoe Fire Hall, located along Route 50, in Tuckahoe. The morning menu includes eggs, pancakes, sausage, ham, home fries, toast and coffee.

Breakfasts have been held at the fire company since the mid-1960s. Proceeds generated from the breakfasts directly benefit the fire company, manned by local volunteers. Although grant money and funds from the first district fire budget help the company purchase large items, such as trucks, equipment and uniforms, it is the money from the breakfasts that allows the group to acquire things that are needed on a day-to-day basis.
