Local students make Dean's Lists

Mark Bateman named to Dean's List at University of the Sciences

Mark Bateman of Strathmere has been named to the fall 2012 Dean's List at University of the Sciences. Selection for this award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a "C" and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the fall of 2012.

Bateman is a doctor of pharmacy student.

Caroline Jaquett makes Wake Forest University Dean's List

Caroline Jaquett of Seaville has been named to Wake Forest University’s Dean’s List.

Connor Ortolf named to Dean's List at Lafayette College

Connor Ortolf of Ocean View has been named to the 2012 fall semester Dean's List at Lafayette College. To qualify for Dean's List, a student must achieve at least a 3.60 semester grade point average out of a possible 4.0.

Ortolf is a graduate of Ocean City High School.

Nicole Kuhar named to the Marist College Dean's List

Nicole Kuhar of Ocean View has been named to Marist College’s Dean’s List. She is a member of the Class of 2013 and is majoring in Biomedical Sciences.

Lisa Perry named to Dean's List of Thomas Jefferson University

Lisa Perry of Seaville, a Jefferson School of Nursing student has been named to the Fall 2012 semester Dean's List of Thomas Jefferson University. Recognition on the Dean's List for Distinguished Academic Achievement is awarded to students enrolled in undergraduate programs, with no fewer than 12 credit hours per semester, who achieved a minimum grade point average of at least 3.50 for the term.

Joseph Gleason named to Rider University Dean's List 

Joseph Gleason of Ocean View, a junior Accounting major, has been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester in the College of Business Administration at Rider University.
