SEAVILLE – A four-year-old boy drowned in a swimming pool at a residence on Route 50 in the Seaville section of Upper Township on Tuesday, June 24, a State Police spokeswoman said.

Trooper Alina Spies said State Police were called to the residence at about 8:15 p.m. for medical assistance with a drowning. The Upper Township Rescue Squad was the first to arrive at the scene.

“Upon arrival at the scene, Upper Township EMS were transporting the victim to the hospital,” Spies said.
