 Below-zero wind chills

The hazardous weather outlook is for New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, northern Maryland and southern New York.

In Atlantic County, the possibility of Friday overnight low temperatures approaching zero and wind gusts up to 22 mph could drive wind chill readings well below zero, the National Weather Service said on Monday afternoon.

Wind chill readings could drop to low as negative-10 degrees or colder under the strongest wind gusts, according to the National Weather Service.

A moderating trend will follow during the weekend and allow for more seasonable temperatures.
