WILDWOOD- Zippy’s Bike Exchange is almost impossible to miss while driving down Pacific Avenue. On a street that’s spotted with markets and empty storefronts, Zippy’s collection of bright beach cruisers and mountain bikes fill the sidewalk in front of the shop.

“We’re doing better than I expected,” said Scott Chambers, owner of Zippy’s. “When we opened, we had no sales goals, we just wanted to work out the kinks before the season started.”

Kerrigan marks five years as RE/MAX broker

Kerrigan specializes in residential real estate, resort properties, second-home properties and investment properties. Former KFC slated to become family restaurant

WILDWOOD — Alfonso Cuoco got the OK from the city’s planning board to turn a closed KFC on Rio Grande Avenue into a new restaurant on Feb. 6. Cuoco, the project’s developer, said he plans to create a “family oriented restaurant” with an outdoor deck and barbeque pit and roof top seating.
