Rosenello, Kane win in uncontested council race

NORTH WILDWOOD – Incumbents Patrick Rosenello and Jim Kane were reelected to City Council after running unopposed in the city’s general election.

Kane, a Republican, received 643 votes. He was appointed to the council in May, after the death of councilman Rick Ogen in April. This was the first time that Kane, a committeeman for the North Wildwood Republican Committee ran for a full term on council.

Rosenello, a Republican, has been on City Council for nine years, and has served as council president for eight of them. He earned 475 votes in the election.
