NORTH WILDWOOD –Students at Margaret Mace Elementary School who show positive behavior will be rewarded with special events throughout the year.
Students who exhibit respectful and positive behavior will be awarded with special falcon feathers during the week of respect as well as throughout the entire year, according to Juliana Compare. A feather will be drawn at the end of the week during lunch and a respectful student will receive a prize.
Part of the positive behavior initiative was held last month, “Accepting Differences Day” where students wore wear hats showcasing their differences. The next day the student wore crazy socks on “Speak No Evil Day.” The week ended with the students showing school pride by wearing the elementary school colors.
