Crest Memorial School rewards students for writing excellence

WILDWOOD CREST – Crest Memorial School students in grades three through eight who have produced exemplary written work during November and December were recently rewarded with a pizza party and a display of their compositions in the school’s main entrance.


The topics and styles for student writing showcased on the Principal’s Corner bulletin board are varied, ranging from book reports and essays to poetry throughout the year.  The student compositions will remain on the Principal’s Corner bulletin board for the next eight weeks.
The Principal’s Corner was started by Crest Memorial Principal Ann-Maria Guevara, who said she wants to promote student writing skills through encouragement and example.
The students named to Crest Memorial’s Principal’s Corner for November and December are:
Lucas Gehring, Ryder Fuscellaro, Michael McGee, Brandon Matthews, Luke Masterson, Eddie Lord, Kaylee Lauritzen, Gianmarco Sanzone, Julia Sorensen, Aidan Bradley, Ryan Bradley, Ally Boehm, Jerry D’Antonio, Malin Marius, Tommy Belansen, Nikolas Finocchiaro, Obed Pelaez, Erick Feria, Joey O’Keefe, Chris Johnson, Christina Adams, Michael Sgrignioli, Bobby Belansen, Sarah Stuart, Ryan Cleffi, Genevieve Heym, Madison Mahon James Werba, David Shenfeld, Colin Hamlin, Madison Compare, Eddie Masterson and  Austin Thompson.
