NORTH WILDWOOD—Two North Wildwood residents were arrested Thursday after police had asked the public to help identifying two burglary and theft suspects from surveillance photos.

Police said information was gathered on the identity of Angela Tanghare, 28, and Norris Hogge III, 29, after police had sent the media surveillance photos of the suspects.

Police said that on Nov. 17 and 18, they responded to reports of multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts in the area of 16th and 17th avenues.

The two suspects allegedly used a stolen credit card from one of the burglaries at Walmart and Kmart in the Rio Grande section of Middle Township the night of the burglaries, police said.

Tanghare and Hogge were charged with three counts of burglary, three counts of theft, two counts of conspiracy, possession of stolen property and credit card fraud.

Norris was also charged with being in possession of a hypodermic needle.

Both suspects were released on their own recognizance after their arrests yesterday, police said.
