WILDWOOD—A 23-year-old Wildwood man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering a child after he allegedly had a sexual relationship with two underage girls, police announced.

Gabriel Allende-Dominguez was arrested without incident Wednesday afternoon and is an unemployed construction laborer in the city, police said.

Police did not give the ages of the girls.

His arrest is in connection to a joint investigation headed by the Wildwood Police Department Uniform Patrol, Detective Division, and Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.

Allende-Dominguez was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, both second-degree crimes.

Bail was set at $150,000 full cash by Superior Court judge Christopher Gibson, and Allende-Dominguez is to have no contact with the victims. Police said he was unable to post bail and was sent to Cape May County jail.
