WILDWOOD— Police arrested a Wildwood man and woman and charged them with selling heroin out of their home on West Rio Grande Ave. Wednesday after a three-week joint narcotics investigation.

Jason Sierra, 18, and Emely Sierra-Pabon, 22,  face multiple drug charges. Det. Sgt. Ken Gallagher said they are brother and sister.

Gallagher said that at the time of the search, Sierra-Pabon’s baby was in the home. She was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said they seized about $1,000 worth of heroin that was prepackaged for street sale and a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle, which they said was reported stolen, as a result of a SWAT team and K-9 search executed around 8:30 p.m. The bike is worth about $25,000, police said.

Police also seized an undisclosed amount of cash they said that was allegedly the proceeds of the drug sales.

Sierra and Sierra-Palbon were charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, both third-degree crimes.

Bail was set at $30,000, full cash. Neither Sierra nor Sierra-Pabon could post bail and were sent to Cape May County jail, police said.
