WILDWOOD – Six men were charged with various drug offenses Tuesday, Aug. 26, after Wildwood police responded to a 15-year-old girl’s report of sexual assault, police said.

Christian Terinoni, 19, Wildwood, was charged with sexual assault with injury and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as possession of psilocybin mushrooms after the girl told police that she had been assaulted at a party at about 2:40 a.m. at 4211 Park Boulevard, Unit 100, Wildwood, according to police.

Judge Dorothy Garrabrant set the bond on Terinoni at $500,000 cash.

Also arrested on drug charges were: Thomas Kiessling, 19, West Deptford; Paul Koehler, 21, Swedesboro; Daniel Morelli, 20, Jackson; Nicholas Rutter, 20, Woodbury Heights; and Wade Wintersteen, 20, Woolwich.

During the investigation, police searched the condominium unit and found distribution quantities of drugs, including marijuana, psilocybin and drug paraphernalia, according to information released by the department Wednesday.

All six men were charged with possession of psilocybin, possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, as well as possession with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in a school zone.

Garrabrant set an all-cash bail at $100,000 for each of the other five: Kiessling, Koehler, Morelli,  Rutter, Wintersteen.

All six are currently lodged in the county jail. Terinoni and Wintersteen were identified by Wildwood police as employed lifeguards. Detective Sgt. Ken Gallagher said Thursday he could not confirm which beach patrol the men belonged to, but did say they were not Wildwood lifeguards. A Twitter account that appears to belong to Terinoni suggests he is a member of the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol. However, Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol Captain Bud Johnson said he could not comment as the investigation is ongoing.
