Top 10 at Wildwood High announce college choices

WILDWOOD – The top 10 students in Wildwood High School Class of 2014 will all be attending post-secondary schools. Members of the Warrior Nation will take their smarts to institutions of higher learning throughout the United States. 

“This group of seniors has been successful in so many ways,” said Wildwood High School Principal Christopher Armstrong in a statement. “They are involved in community organizations, extra-curricular activities and family activities. They have done all these things while continuing to excel in the classroom.”

Shelby Thornton will be at Rowan University this fall; Mackenzie Huber at Pennsylvania State University; Nicole Toland at William Patterson College; Devon Bradshaw at Atlantic Cape Community College on a full scholarship; Sarah Jakel at Sierra College in Nevada; Natalie Woollerton at Caldwell College; Megan Irwin at Rowan University; Ziy’airea Bryant at East Stroudsburg University; and Josh Leon Gabriel at Atlantic Cape Community College.

“These students represent the excellent education that Wildwood High School offers all its students,” said Mayor Ernie Troiano, Jr. “The City of Wildwood wishes them much success in their academic pursuits.”
