Penn State senior Brandon Bell had a game-high 18 tackles last week against Michigan State.

Penn State senior Brandon Bell, an Oakcrest High School graduate and Mays Landing resident, was named Player Of The Week by the Walter Camp Foundation after his outstanding Senior Day performance last Saturday against Michigan State.

Bell recorded a game-high 18 tackles (three solo) as the Nittany Lions advanced to the Big Ten Championship for the first time in program history. Bell finished with 13 more tackles than he had against the Spartans in 2015 and helped move Penn State to 10-2.

This Saturday’s matchup with Wisconsin will come full circle for Bell as he made his first career start as a true freshman against the Badgers in 2013, recording six tackles.
