UPPER TOWNSHIP — Sturdy Savings Bank will open a full-service branch here in the spring, bank officials announced.
The new branch, at 46 S. Shore Road in the township's Marmora section, will feature a drive-thru and a full-service ATM machine for 24-hour banking.
The branch will be Sturdy's 14th full-service location, according to a news release.
Sturdy has branches in Avalon, Cape May, Cape May Court House, Dennisville, North Cape May, North Wildwood, Ocean City, Rio Grande, Somers Point, Stone Harbor, Tuckahoe and Wildwood Crest.
“When it comes to community banking, Sturdy Savings Bank is all about convenience, friendly service, and choice. That’s why we are very excited to expand our branch network to Marmora, giving our valued Upper Township customers an additional convenient banking location to complement our existing Tuckahoe and Ocean City branches,” President and CEO Gerald Reeves said in a statement.
